Senior year! Last year! Final chance for lasting memories! Hi family and friends! I am approaching that milestone in life where it all changes. After this year I move on to experience new people, new places, and all that life brings. Before I do that, I want to get all I can from Duke Ellington School of the Arts. I would love for you to help me do just that. This is my last chance to raise money for DESA’s March for the Arts fundraiser. Your donation will help fund Master classes with professional talent, productions, AND my first overnight trip to NY with my classmates. The more I raise, the better my chances of having the best senior year possible.....
TO SUPPORT YOUNG THEATRE ARTISTS ON THE MOVE
CELEBRATE WITH US ON OCTOBER 26 AT OUR ANNUAL
MARCH FOR THE ARTS FESTIVAL
ALL ARE WELCOME!
Georgetown’s history of mystery doesn’t deter counselors from setting up Camp Ellington at the historic Duke Ellington School of the Arts campus. All of the superstitious locals warn against it, but the young counselors pay little heed to the old timers. Campers try to enjoy activities like moon bounces, sack races, camp stories, delicious food and costume contests*, but mysteriously they keep disappearing. “Who will survive and what will be left of them?”
Come join the fun and help solve the mystery at Camp Ellington on Saturday, October 26th from 10-1pm. Guests will participate in an arts festival and March through Georgetown with performances and events from classic horror films. “Be afraid. Be very afraid.” Fun for the whole family! We’re celebrating and “evil loves to party!”
*Come dressed in costume to enter our costume contest! Extra points given to entries dressed as their favorite horror film character.
