My Team: First Years
Campaign has ended.
Welcome to my page! My name is Lilly Stiles, and I am a part of the theater department at Duke Ellington School of the Arts. I am at Duke because of the pre-professional training it gives you to continue your passion for the arts. My goal is to attend New York University to continue my theater career. Not only do I want to see shows, but I want to be in shows. Supporting myself and the March for the Arts will help us reach our goals, change lives, and change the world. We are the future.
for the Arts, is the
Duke Ellington School of the Arts annual Theatre
In the Theatre Department, students aren't just taught how to act. They are taught how to create the stories they want to see. They are given the tools to shape the world around them with their art. Ellington relies on the generosity of parents and donors to ensure that our students receive the highest level of pre-professional training and performance opportunities. Donations enable them to create sets, craft costumes, power technical capabilities, hire additional instructors, and fund classes with Master Acting Teachers like the renowned Professor Vera Katz.
Celebrate With Us!
Once upon a time there was an enchanted land full of magical spells, beautiful maidens, and true love where everyone lived happily ever after. Or did they??? Take a magical tour through the enchanted forests of Georgetown and learn what really happened to Rapunzel, Jasmine, Hansel and Gretel and other misrepresented characters during an interactive live show. After the performance, get more of the real scoop while you fly high on the moon bounces with Aladdin, play croquet with Alice, eat homemade treats with Tiana, and dance like the clock will never strike 12 with Cinderella! Enchanted showtimes are at 10:30 and 12. Dress as your favorite misrepresented fairytale character for a special gift from the Prince!
